First of all, we would like to thank you for the continued support and patience you show with each update. With that said, we recognize and share your disappointment and frustration with the delays, especially if you had planned to give TickrMeter as a Christmas gift. However, we are working as fast as possible without compromising on the quality of the product. We also have to strike a fine balance of "throwing money at it to make it go faster" and "Not throwing money out the window to save a few days of waiting."
Some excellent news is that the tooling for TickrMeter is complete, and the T1 samples look great. So after one or two minor revisions, it should be good to go and begin the first batch of about 7.000 pcs, which will be in our hands in the first half of January.
Injection-molded T1 samples (the ones from the previous updates were 3D printed)
I understand that you all want a delivery timeline with dates, but I refuse to give out promises that can't be kept because before all parts are at the factory, ready to assemble, any timelines with actual dates are pure guesses. What I can say though If everything goes smoothly from now, we should have finished units ready to ship in January,
The next update will be just before Christmas.
